Tamworth Barbeque Festival
The Tamworth Barbeque Festival is supported by the Australian Barbeque Alliance (ABA). Applications for teams to enter the ABA competition are now open.

- Lamb, sponsored by Whitehaven Coal
- Brisket, sponsored by Jack's Creek
Entry fee
Entry is $400 per team (maximum 4 people).
Site size
Site size approximately 9m x 9m per team.
Prizes
Total cash prizes $19,000 plus trophies
Prizes for each protein category:
- 1st place $1000 + trophy
- 2nd place $800 + trophy
- 3rd place $600 + trophy
- 4th place $400 + trophy
- 5th place $200 + trophy
Grand Champion Prize - $2500 + trophy
Reserve Champion Prize - $1500 + trophy
